Privacy Policy

Account data — your email address, role (advertiser or influencer), and password hash.

Profile & channel data — display name, bio, the social channels you add, their public handles and publicly available metrics (followers, views, engagement), and your rate cards.

Payment data — your payout wallet address and network, deposit/withdrawal records, and the double-entry ledger of your balance. Card or crypto payment details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

Communications — your Telegram chat ID (if you connect Telegram) and messages you send to support.

Usage data — basic logs and device/connection information needed to operate and secure the service.

To operate the marketplace (matching, escrow, payouts), verify channel ownership, send transactional notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Hypeflow: our payment processor (to process deposits and payouts), our email provider (to send notifications), our hosting provider, and the Telegram and X APIs (to verify channels and pull public metrics). We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep account, transaction, and ledger records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes. You can request deletion of data that we are not required to retain.

We protect funds through a custodial payment processor and an internal accounting ledger rather than a self-hosted wallet, verify all payment webhooks, and restrict access to sensitive keys. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing, subject to legal limits. Contact us to exercise these rights.
