Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hypeflow ("Hypeflow", the "Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. What Hypeflow is
Hypeflow is a two-sided marketplace that connects advertisers with crypto-focused influencers (channel owners) on Telegram, X and other social platforms. Advertisers create campaign briefs; Hypeflow matches them with relevant channels, dispatches offers, holds campaign funds in escrow, and settles payment once a placement is delivered and approved.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Influencer obligations
Influencers must genuinely own or be authorized to manage the channels they add, verify ownership through our process (for Telegram, by adding our bot as a channel administrator), and provide accurate audience information. Buying followers, inflating views, or otherwise misrepresenting reach is prohibited. Accepted placements must be delivered as agreed and kept live for the agreed duration.
4. Advertiser obligations
Advertisers must fund their balance before launching a campaign, promote only lawful products, and review submitted proof in good faith. Advertisers may not use the Platform to promote scams, fraudulent tokens, or anything illegal in the influencer's or the audience's jurisdiction.
5. Payments, fees & escrow
Advertisers add funds to their Platform balance using cryptocurrency through our payment processor. When a campaign launches, its budget is locked in escrow. Funds are released to an influencer only after a placement's proof is approved (or auto-approved after the review window). Unspent budget is returned to the advertiser's balance when the campaign closes.
Hypeflow charges a commission of 20%, paid by the influencer: an advertiser pays the listed price and the influencer receives the listed price net of the 20% fee, which is applied at withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount and to identity verification above a configurable threshold.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, distribution of malware, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, or any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disputes between users
If an advertiser believes a placement was not delivered as agreed, they may open a dispute. Hypeflow reviews the submitted proof and supporting information and resolves the dispute at its reasonable discretion. See our Refund & Dispute Policy for details.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hypeflow is not responsible for the conduct of any user or for the performance of any advertised product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees we earned on the transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where required for legal or security reasons. Funds owed to you under completed transactions remain payable subject to verification.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
